Just Be A Man About It

God really did his thing with this book entitled the Bible. Its like I could read a Bible verse or a chapter many times and always come up with different revelations. The Bible is most certainly an everlasting treasure to have pocession of.

While reading Matthew 1, in terms of the events of Jesus’s birth, I realized how important it is for our partners to be just, even through separation. Matthew describes how Joseph was a just man due to him being private about separating from Mary. It made me realize that this is something that we all should look for in our partners that God destined us to be with, being just.

The term, “just” means “right or acceptable”. This means that out partners should always try to act the right or acceptable way, even if we disagree or distance from each other. Our relationship should be replicated as who created it to be…. God. In other words, people should describe our relationships as just, gracious, forgiving, and patient, resemblance to God.

To conclude, let’s aim to be just to each other. It will benefit us and make us a more unified body of Christ.

Let’s pray:

Lord, we come before you as your sons and daughters.

Let the heavens and earth record this day and this prayer as it pertains to the natural world, spiritual world, and our dream world, in the Mighty name of Jesus.

Lord, we open this prayer with the password “thank you” and just give you all the glory and pray that we will share that glory through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ when he resurrects us into the Kingdom of Heaven.

We thank you for giving us this divine revelation of being just to others, even through disagreements and tribulations.

Lord, we pray it is in your will to be one with a just partner and we display that to others.

Lord, forgive us for our unjust ways.

Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil.

In the name of Jesus,

Amen.
